Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to oversee support and entry-level employees. This role involves planning and establishing operational objectives, ensuring workflow productivity, and interpreting policies and procedures for team members. The Supervisor will contribute to departmental results through effective team management and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervis e support-level employees and provide day-to-day work direction.
2. Maintain steady workflow and resolve operational decisions.
3. Provide input on hiring, promotions, performance, and compensation decisions.
4. Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to team members and external parties.
5. Adjust procedures and processes to solve general problems.
6. Plan and assign tasks to achieve operational targets and service standards.
7. Manage day-to-day budget elements (e.g., staff overtime).

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience in supervising support or entry level employees.
2. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in supervising support or entry level employees.
3. Practical knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.
4. Understanding of supervisory approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution.
5. Ability of obtain a security clearance.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges.
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
