Registered Nurse For GI Lab

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our GI Lab team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive recovery experience and the ability to work in various settings, including PACU, Tele, and Procedural areas.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and oversee their care in the GI Lab.
• Provide high-quality patient recovery support in phase II.
• Assist in the procedure room as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• Experience in travel nursing or PRN is preferred.
• Current Illinois nursing license, and certifications in CPR and ACLS are required.
• Demonstrated success in passing the EKG test with a score of 80% or above.

Orientation And Schedule

The first day of orientation will be conducted on a Monday, and will involve an estimated 6-8 hours of training including EKG tests, modules, and Epic system testing. The regular schedule will consist of 36-40 hours per week, with varying start times between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.

Additional Information

• No weekend or holiday work is required.
• There may be a possibility of floating to multiple locations within the region.
