Assistant Project Manager (Ground-Up) - Construction

We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support commercial ground-up construction projects throughout Westchester. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to grow their career while working on full-lifecycle builds from sitework to turnover.

Our client is a mid-sized commercial general contractor with a strong presence in Westchester and the surrounding region. They specialize in ground-up commercial construction and are known for their structured processes, team-oriented culture, and long-term project pipeline.

Description

• Support Project Managers on commercial ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and onsite teams.
• Track long-lead items and ensure materials align with construction schedules.
• Attend project meetings and help resolve issues to keep work moving efficiently.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
