Market Research Specialist The Market Research Specialist is an essential member of the Client Service team, responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time and to the highest satisfaction. The role collaborates with Sales/Pre‑Sales, Project Management, and internal teams to manage recruitment projects and maintain accurate project records. Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of quantitative and qualitative survey recruitment projects to maximize completion rates. Review new project specifications, provide guidance to Project Managers on targeting and survey suitability, and handle in‑field specification changes. Ensure accurate and timely project setup, execution, and closure based on client‑approved specifications and timelines. Strategically manage volume and intervene in project communications, especially for projects not meeting feasibility requirements. Work closely with Project Management and Pre‑Sales teams to ensure project success in the field. Provide timely feedback to Project Managers on escalated projects and advise on next steps. Proactively identify recruitment issues and recommend solutions to internal teams. Maintain updated project status information and provide revenue forecasting updates. Deliver best‑in‑class client service, ensuring client needs are met. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare cost analysis for finance and accounting to support accurate project closeout and invoicing. Increase panel satisfaction by ensuring survey completers are paid promptly and by responding to panel member inquiries in a timely manner.
