We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a supportive, community-focused therapy team. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Providing one-on-one patient care and supervising therapy sessions. Teaching and instructing patients and staff in therapeutic exercises and movements. Utilizing modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and manual techniques. Documenting patient progress, treatment outcomes, and communicating with providers. Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with regulations. Evaluating clinical findings and adjusting treatment programs accordingly. Qualifications Include Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. Skills And Qualities Desired Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and a commitment to professional growth. Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
