Overview:
Ascendance is looking for an experienced Shop Helper/ Driver to join our team. In this role you will perform general cleaning and maintenance to our Plover & Wi Rapids location, while transporting inventory as needed.


Responsibilities:

• Cleans the facility including breakroom, restrooms, offices, shop, and other areas of building according to Ascendance standards.
• Sweep, mop, and buff floors.
• Clears snow from entrances and walks, and spreads sand and ice melting chemicals.
• Performs grounds-keeping duties, clears debris and maintains grounds.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Sets up and breaks down chairs and tables for functions.
• Empties wastebaskets, picks up and removes trash from offices, breakrooms, shop, and other areas of the building.
• Shuttles employees and customers as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
• Valid drivers' license with good driving history.
