Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Post Anesthetic Care for a travel assignment in Chattanooga, TN. This role involves working within preoperative holding and day surgery units at a main hospital setting, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care in their recovery phase.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Perform IV starts and provide moderate sedation
• Prepare surgical patients for procedures and manage phase 2 recovery
• Utilize cardiac monitors, ultrasound, and EKG machines
• Administer nerve blocks, arterial lines, and central lines
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech system

Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Current and valid RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience with IV starts, moderate sedation, and surgical patient preparation
