Bartender at Margaritas

Would you like to craft enticing drinks inspired by Mexico? As a Bartender at Margaritas, you will help our guests celebrate by preparing Margaritas signature beverages in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities will include following recipes, upholding company specifications and standards, and keeping the bar stocked and clean. Having a thorough understanding of our menu items allows bartenders to enhance guest experiences by offering personalized suggestions and pairings.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirement:

• Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in English or Spanish
• Previous kitchen experience preferred

Physical Requirement:

• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 60lbs. to waist level
• Able to move items up to 35 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
• Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
• Able to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures (above 140°F / below 40°F)
• Able to tolerate exposure to and/or contact with seafood without an allergic reaction or sensitivity
• Able to hear, understand and respond to guest and crew members requests in a loud environment
• Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen duties
• Able to wear vinyl or latex gloves
• Able to tolerate exposure to chlorine sanitation solutions
