Job Description We are looking for an experienced audit professional who can provide high‑level service to our clients and drive firm growth, profitability, and success. Responsibilities Manage engagements and special assignments with the additional complexity of supervising multiple engagements simultaneously, including oversight of the audit team, engagement communication, development of audit documents, review of work papers, and preparation of client deliverable documents. Act as a productive audit team member, handling complex audit engagements to deliver excellent, timely service to clients. Build and maintain proactive, professional relationships with clients for assigned engagements, acting respectfully and consistently with client values. Seek new business opportunities for the firm and participate in community activities to support business development and cross‑selling of services. continue personal and professional development through an intentional growth plan, coaching associates, seniors, and supervisors on‑the‑job. Demonstrate integrity and professional behavior consistent with CapinCrouse's focus, vision, mission, and core values. Qualifications Education and/or Experience : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related finance degree; 7+ years of related audit or applicable business experience; CPA certification. Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret industry‑specific documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively to clients and employees. Other Skills and Abilities : Reputation of integrity, even in conflictive situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required); Citrix and ProSystem (desired). Ability to develop open and trusting relationships. Ability to work in a team, whether as a member or leader. Motivation to grow professionally and serve with excellence. Assumption of responsibility for and completion of agreed assignments. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage a heavy workload without sacrificing quality or relationships. Willingness to travel when necessary. Passion to serve others, especially nonprofit organizations. Desire to work as a professional in a CPA firm aligned with CapinCrouse’s core values, vision, and mission.
