Shipping & Logistics Coordinator – Administrative Role | $22/hr
Lewiston, ID | Full-Time
Rotating Shifts: 2 Days (6:15 AM–6:15 PM), 2 Nights (6:15 PM–6:15 AM), 4 Days Off

We’re hiring urgently for Shipping & Receiving Coordinators to provide office-based support for shipping and logistics operations in a fast-paced, well known, local manufacturing environment. This role focuses on administrative tasks, data entry, and coordinating shipments while ensuring smooth communication between drivers, vendors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities from the office
Process and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records
Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
Manage phone and email communications efficiently
Support logistics operations while following all safety protocols
