Relief Teller/Customer Service Representative Location: Nashville, TN (On-Site) Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt What You’ll Do Provide support across multiple banking centers, assisting teams where needed. Deliver exceptional service by processing transactions efficiently and maintaining a positive approach. Ensure accuracy in cash and check transactions, maintaining integrity and precision. Drive growth by opening and maintaining accounts, assisting with loan applications, and helping clients navigate financial products like CDs and Money Market Accounts. Generate leads by identifying client needs and referring them to appropriate banking professionals. Educate & protect clients by explaining security measures, procedures, and product benefits. Solve problems by handling client concerns with professionalism and finding effective solutions. Minimize risk by identifying and preventing fraud while ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with a respectful, supportive team that values accountability and innovation. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Teller experience preferred (6+ months). Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a business setting. Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience. Strong customer service skills with active listening and clear communication. Experience recommending and referring financial products. Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection. Ability to accurately balance a cash drawer. Proficiency with computers, data entry, and multi-line phone systems. Basic math and accounting skills. Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours. Ability to travel between banking centers as needed. Ability to remain in a stationary, standing position for up to 75% of an eight-hour workday.
