Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency isn't a typical ER. We're a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital where every doctor's primary focus is providing the best possible medical care for each patient — and where every patient has the full weight of a specialty team behind them.

Surgery, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Anesthesiology, Oncology, Radiology, Behavior Medicine, and Palliative Care are all in the same building, on the same shared record.

Our second location — opening soon — will add Neurology, Interventional Cardiology, and Dermatology to that bench, deepening the specialty support behind every emergency case we see.

Compensation and Benefits:

• ProSal model with a $225K+ base salary and 27% production — no negative accrual and absolutely no non-compete clause .
• 120 hours PTO , plus 4 additional days of CE-specific PTO and a $5K CE allowance to keep your skills sharp.
