Family Based Therapist
Pressley Ridge
Pressley Ridge seeks a Family Based Therapist/Mental Health Professional to provide intensive, in-home therapy and mental health services to children, youth, and families. In this role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, develop trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment plans, deliver family and individual therapy, and provide crisis intervention and safety planning. You will collaborate closely with schools, caseworkers, and community providers, maintain timely clinical documentation, and participate in regular supervision and team meetings. This position offers robust training, clinical support, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven, collaborative culture focused on helping families heal and thrive.
