This is a full-time position. You must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled. This role combines hands-on service with team leadership, providing excellent table service while guiding and supporting other servers to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience. Why You’ll Love This Role • Leadership opportunity within a supportive team environment • Meaningful interaction with residents every day • Opportunity to model and reinforce service excellence What You’ll Do • Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests • Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service • Guide and direct servers during service to ensure efficiency and consistency • Support team members in completing assigned duties and maintaining standards • Communicate goals, needs, and service flow throughout each shift • Assist with dining room setup, service execution, and closing procedures • Ensure adherence to sanitation, food safety, and service standards • Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive dining environment What We’re Looking For • Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred • Strong understanding of table service and dining etiquette • Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in real time • Strong communication and organizational skills • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability • Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month) Benefits: Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
