Staff Accountant

LaSalle Network has partnered with a pharmaceutical company in Schaumburg, IL, looking to hire a full-time Staff Accountant . This role will oversee financial and month-end close operations, manage fixed assets, and assist with AP and AR. It is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office per week, offering a base salary up to $70,000 plus an annual bonus. Responsibilities: Manage charge back accruals and ensure accurate accounting treatment. Process purchase orders (POs) and maintain comprehensive records. Track invoices regularly to ensure timely payments and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies. Prepare financial reports and analysis as required. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 0-3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in Schaumburg, IL office at least 3 days per week. Proven experience with charge back accruals, PO management, and invoice tracking. Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Additional Details: Salary up to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
