Lead Salesforce Engineer POST NUMBER: 485357

Wealth management firm seeks a Lead Salesforce Engineer to own the delivery and evolution of its RIA CRM platform. Hands-on leadership role: architecting, configuring, and extending customized Salesforce environments while overseeing implementation, QA, data migrations, integrations, and outside developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and support multiple customized Salesforce instances; design scalable CRM solutions balancing firm-specific needs with platform standards.
• Build automation and functionality via Flow, custom objects, validation rules, Lightning pages, reports, and dashboards; extend with custom development where needed.
• Build and maintain CRM integrations; lead data migrations (export, transformation, validation, loading, reconciliation).
• Lead CRM onboarding and system conversion projects from scope to production.
• Scope requests, plan and oversee the implementation team, and own QA and release standards.
• Manage external Salesforce vendors to scope, timeline, quality, and budget; track risks and communicate status.
• Maintain documentation standards; mentor Implementation Specialists and grow the CRM capability.

Requirements

• 5 years hands-on Salesforce, deep in declarative development and admin across complex environments.
• Experience with customized or multi-instance environments.
• Direct experience with Practifi, Financial Services Cloud, or a comparable financial services platform on Salesforce.
• Experience leading admins, implementation specialists, or outside developers.
• Proven delivery of client-facing implementations on committed timelines.

Preferred

• Wealth management, RIA, or fintech experience; Salesforce Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder certification.
• Apex, LWC, or API/custom integration experience.
• Experience leading data migrations and system conversions.
