Job Description
This position involves the financial performance of projects, staff oversight and direction, CAD design, plan details, technical specifications, estimating, quantity calculations, technical reports, permitting, shop drawing review, and engineering analyses. The selected candidate will work closely with the design team, as well as other design partners and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain substantial experience in civil engineering within Indiana and across the Midwest.
Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of various projects.
• Provide oversight and direction to staff members.
• Engage in CAD design and develop detailed plan specifications.
• Prepare technical specifications and perform estimating and quantity calculations.
• Compile technical reports and manage permitting processes.
• Review shop drawings and conduct engineering analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, partners, and clients.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1+ years of engineering design experience in site and land development.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Experience in drainage, grading, civil design, and site design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer designation is advantageous.
• Versatile and enthusiastic with a highly team-oriented mindset.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
