Senior Markets Derivatives Counsel & Negotiations Lead

Citi in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Lead Counsel – Markets Contract Negotiations, Senior Vice President, to lead negotiation and execution of derivatives documentation supporting global trading activities. You will partner with front office, risk and legal teams on ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, and related collateral documents.

The role requires deep expertise in derivatives markets and regulatory practices, strong negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex deals across regions.
