What You Will Do This position will contribute to the ongoing success of the MSP business by supporting business pursuits with compliant, winning proposals, and responding to customer requirements while ensuring compliance with the company’s Estimating System. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with proposal teams, subcontractors, customers, and sub‑product line management in both classified and unclassified environments. It also includes the opportunity to lead, develop, and mentor junior pricing analysts. Manage all proposal efforts ranging from high‑dollar, complex, sole‑source pursuits to high‑volume task‑order pricing actions. Work under deadlines and constraints while multitasking across a variety of tasks. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Develop competitive new‑business, follow‑on, and engineering‑change proposals for government or prime contractors. Apply FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations to proposal development and negotiation of cost proposals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Direct experience in developing competitive government proposals. In‑depth experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). U.S. citizenship required; the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued TS/SCI clearance is required. Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
