We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with strong systems-integration expertise to design and build modern workflow capabilities within a complex enterprise technology environment.

This is a greenfield development opportunity where you will build new capabilities from the ground up while integrating with existing enterprise applications, data platforms, and services. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable owning functionality end-to-end—from user interface through APIs and data—and designing reliable interfaces between multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end workflow capabilities, from user experience and front-end development through backend services and data integration.

• Build scalable, production-ready applications with a strong focus on testing, observability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.

• Design and implement APIs and integration interfaces connecting applications, data platforms, enterprise services, and existing systems.

• Investigate existing systems, understand data and interface dependencies, and translate findings into clear technical designs and integration specifications.

• Develop solutions that support the incremental modernization of existing platforms, including integration layers, adapters, routing mechanisms, and coexistence strategies.

• Use AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, prototyping, and solution development while maintaining strong engineering standards.

• Collaborate with product, UX, data, engineering, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions.

• Participate in architecture and design discussions involving application boundaries, APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and system dependencies.

Core Qualifications

• Strong full-stack software engineering experience, including modern front-end technologies such as Angular, React, and TypeScript and backend development using technologies such as Java/Spring, Node.js, or Python.

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing system integrations, APIs, and interfaces between independent applications and platforms.

• Experience working with heterogeneous data sources, messaging/event-driven architectures, and third-party or legacy system integrations.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including automated testing, code quality and maintainability, observability and monitoring, secure development practices, and production support considerations.

• Ability to operate effectively in complex or ambiguous environments, investigate unfamiliar systems, identify dependencies, and develop clear technical solutions.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve software development productivity while validating and maintaining ownership of generated output.

• Experience designing, developing, and integrating applications within a cloud environment, preferably AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data fundamentals, with experience working with large or complex datasets.

• Experience collaborating with data science, analytics, or machine learning teams to implement data-driven application capabilities.

• Strong understanding of user experience and usability, particularly for workflow-intensive or data-intensive applications.

• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization technologies and integrating visual components into applications.

• Experience developing applications in regulated, compliance-focused, or other high-assurance environments where security, auditability, reliability, and accuracy are important.

• Experience modernizing or replacing legacy enterprise applications using incremental migration strategies.

• Familiarity with LLM-powered development tools, AI automation frameworks, agentic workflows, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
