Production Line Lead - $21/hr, Climate Controlled

We are seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate production line associates.
- Ensure production schedules and productivity goals are met.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, SQF, and company quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Monitor production equipment and notify maintenance of any issues.
- Verify packaging materials, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product accuracy.
- Assist with machine setup and startup procedures.
- Load, unload, palletize, and package finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping practices.
- Train new employees on production processes and safety expectations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in a food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience working under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Leadership or team lead experience
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Quality Control experience (Preferred)
- Additional education in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift
- Regularly lift 25-50 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
