Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Body Shop McGraw Ford | Corpus Christi, TX

McGraw Ford’s Body Shop is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives on organization, communication, and taking care of people during stressful moments. If you’re detail-oriented, personable, and take pride in delivering a great customer experience, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for body shop customers

• Greet customers in person and handle inbound phone calls professionally

• Open and manage repair orders

• Communicate repair status updates clearly and accurately

• Coordinate with estimators, technicians, insurance companies, and parts

• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant

• Maintain a clean, professional front-office environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional phone and in-person presence

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills (CRM/DMS experience a plus)

• Prior automotive, body shop, or insurance experience is preferred but not required

• A team-first mindset with a positive attitude
