Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its clients growing team in Raleigh, NC. This position offers the opportunity to support attorneys in a dynamic litigation practice while working alongside a collaborative and professional legal team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and motions
• File documents electronically in state and federal courts
• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial schedules
• Coordinate discovery and document production efforts
• Maintain and organize case files and litigation databases
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors
• Assist with trial preparation, witness coordination, and trial support
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys is preferred
