Shane Andrus - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
Take payments from customers.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

About Our Agency

Our office is located in Paducah, KY.
Our office is open 9:00-5:00.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a proud graduate of Murray State University.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
