Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative and certain clinical duties under the direction of a physician.Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information for insurance purposes.Clinical duties may include rooming patients, taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and administering medications as directed by physician.QualificationsJob Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentCurrent licensure as a Certified Clinical Medical AssistantPreferred Job Requirements:6 months' medical clinic experienceBLS certification within 30 days of hire
