The ideal candidate is confident in patient care, operates well under pressure, and is committed to providing safe and compassionate transport services.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support (ALS) care in emergency  situations 
• Assess, treat, and stabilize patients in accordance with state protocols
• Safely transport patients to hospitals and healthcare facilities 
• Complete accurate and timely electronic patient care reports (ePCR)
• Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and supplies 
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and team members 
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient care

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic certification (Virginia or eligible for reciprocity)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Current BLS, ACLS certifications (PALS preferred) 
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills 
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of field experience 
• Familiarity with ePCR systems (ESO)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $32 – $38 per hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus Available

• Paramedics: Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid in increments based on tenure of completing 1yr)
