\no Acute/Swing Beds : 10

\nAverage Daily Discharges: ~1

\nSubspecialty Support: Anesthesia, Gen Surg
\no Compass Telemedicine: Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, Cardiology
\no Avel E Care- Emergency Medicine and Inpatient Telemedicine backup
\nAncillary Support: Lab, imaging, PT & OT
\nNursing:
\no Day: Floor 2 nurses and 1 Aid, ED 1 nurse
\no Night: 2 nurses and 1 aid, whole facility
\nAcuity :
\no Most common diagnosis: CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cellulitis, UTIs/sepsis
\no Simple statement to describing acuity: low
\no Who leads codes: ER provider and/or hospitalist.
\no Rapid Responses: ER provider and/or hospitalist.
\no How often do providers face emergent intubations: Approx. 2-3x per month.
\no Central line placement- who normally takes lead: Current practice is the CRNA

Experience + Qualifications
\n \nMinimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine Experience
\nComfortable working as the sole provider and performing all procedures
\nATLS, ACLS, BLS
\nActive ND license or ability to obtain
\n\n
