What We Offer

• Weekly Paycheck starting at $600 per week , with the opportunity to earn more based on experience

• Monday through Friday schedule

Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls for the service department

• Greet every caller with clear, professional, and customer-friendly phone etiquette

• Answer basic questions about service, maintenance, and dealership processes

• Schedule and confirm service appointments

• Make outbound calls to connect with customers

• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs

• Enter and maintain accurate customer and appointment information

• Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members

• Help organize appointment flow based on the needs of the service department

• Manage multiple calls, messages, and computer tasks throughout the day

• Help keep the entire service operation organized and moving efficiently

• Clear, professional, and customer-friendly phone etiquette

• Strong customer service skills

• Confidence and competence when using computers

• The ability to learn dealership software and phone systems

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• A dependable and professional approach to work

• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

• Customer service, call center, scheduling, or dealership experience is helpful

• A willingness to take ownership of an important role within the service department
