Overall Job Summary The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs. Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions. Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly. Maintain visual merchandise standards. Perform store measurements and layout initiatives. Conduct accurate store and cycle counts. Complete Tractor Way top cap process. Implement store price changes accurately and timely. Hang store signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate. Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers. Provide peak coverage as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution. Self-directed with minimal assistance required. Working Conditions Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise. Hard surfaces and adequate lighting and temperature. Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours. Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds. Push/pull merchandise with equipment assistance. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently. Move throughout the store during shifts. Read, write, and count accurately for documentation. Effective communication skills. Handle contact with birds/poultry. Complete training successfully. Disclaimer This overview is not exhaustive.
