Registered Nurse – Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4x10-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Monitor and assess patient responses to dialysis treatment, reporting changes in condition to the care team
• Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Minimum of 1–2 years of dialysis nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based dialysis setting
• Familiarity with both hemodialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced environment
