You Elevate Service – Excellence lives in the details We Are One Team – Support each other and win together Be A Host – Anticipate needs and create belonging Embrace the Adventure – Stay curious and keep improving What You'll Do Golf Course Maintenance Maintain bunkers on a daily basis Sand and seed divots from the prior day's play Blow off cart paths and maintain course cleanliness Fly-mow steep bunker faces Edge bunker heads, valve boxes, and cart paths Operate small push mowers and other turf maintenance equipment Roll greens to maintain playing conditions Learn to safely operate on-course mowing equipment Pick up leaves, trash, and grass clippings as needed Operate golf course utility vehicles for transportation throughout the property Irrigation & Course Care Assist with irrigation applications as directed by supervisors Support overall course conditions and appearance Identify and communicate maintenance needs to leadership Team Contribution Work effectively in a team-oriented environment Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines Arrive on time and prepared for each shift Perform required roles during emergency situations Assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications What You Bring • One (1) year of related experience preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Bilingual speaking abilities are a plus Physical Requirements & Work Environment • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions • Occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, pushing, and pulling • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions Why You'll Love It Here Full-Time Benefits Include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Sick Pay All Employees Enjoy Potential Housing 401(k) 60% Discount on RFTA Bus Passes Restaurant Discounts Retail Discounts Free On-Site Parking Employee Meal, Golf, Tennis, and Gym Usage Employee Wellness Programs Additional Information This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the role.
