Great Leadership Opportunity at Sport Clips Decatur/Forsyth! Sport Clips of Decatur is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead our busy location. Owned and operated by Jesse Keyser - a highly respected multi-unit salon owner with a strong reputation for success - this is a chance to grow your career with a proven team.

Your Day-to-Day

Assist in running smooth, efficient store operations
Train, motivate, and support a team of talented stylists
Focus on exceptional client experiences and retail sales growth
Help recruit and onboard new team members
Uphold top-tier cleanliness and visual standards
Play a key role in growing our client base in the Decatur area

Requirements

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (salon/retail preferred)
Active Illinois Cosmetology license required
Positive, high-energy personality and natural leadership skills
Driven by goals and team success
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
