Compensation: $100,000-$250,000+ per year (commission structure, described below) Our average sales representative clears 100K/year Job Type: Full-time Location: Field-based / on the road Schedule: Monday-Friday, weekend availability as needed About the Role Roofsimple, Inc. is looking for motivated, coachable sales professionals to join our growing roofing and solar sales team. This role is ideal for driven individuals - including career changers, experienced sales reps, and entrepreneurs who want structured training and a clear path to a six-figure income. New hires complete a comprehensive onboarding and training program before transitioning to a full commission-based role with substantial earning potential. What You'll Do Complete a 2-week sales introduction, followed by a 6-month structured training program covering roofing sales fundamentals and deal-closing strategies Schedule and conduct appointments with homeowners interested in roofing solutions Develop expertise in roofing products, materials, and installation processes Apply proven sales techniques to convert leads into signed contracts Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers Compensation & Benefits Training phase and first 4-6 months: $3,000-$6,000/month Full commission phase: $9,000-$20,000+/month based on performance Uncapped commission with profit-sharing opportunities Bonus and rewards program (cash, merchandise, travel incentives) Company-sponsored incentive trips and events Referral program Flexible scheduling What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and resilience Growth mindset and coachability Comfort with a commission-based pay structure Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field No roofing or sales experience required but preferred Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for a brief introductory call to learn more about the role and determine fit.
