As a remote position based out of Peoria, Arizona, this role allows you the flexibility of working from home while being a part of a supportive and collaborative team based in a community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and disabilities.
  • \n
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), coordinating care with team members and families.
  • \n
  • Monitor and document outcomes, adjusting strategies based on the child’s progress and family feedback.
  • \n
  • Foster strong relationships with children and families to create a trusting and supportive environment, conducive to learning.
  • \n
  • Provide coaching and education to families regarding evidence-based practices that promote child development.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining high standards of care and safety.
  • \n
  • Implement Natural Learning Environment Practices, adapting to each child's learning style and development needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years old who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will provide crucial support to families, helping them navigate available resources and implement strategies that encourage their child's growth across various developmental domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Arizona Department of Public Health.
  • \n
  • A valid driver's license is required for potential in-person client visits.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to build rapport with diverse families and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • \n
  • Strong commitment to naturalistic interventions and family-centered practices.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention or similar work with young children and their families.
  • \n

Compensation and Benefits\n
