Senior Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist
Gorman Company
Gorman & Company seeks a Compliance Specialist to ensure the affordability housing portfolio complies with federal, state, and investor requirements. You’ll partner with property teams, provide guidance and training, review compliance files, and support audits and agency reporting. The role requires 5+ years of affordable housing compliance experience, knowledge of HUD/IRS regulations, and a COS or equivalent designation or the ability to obtain.
