Assistant Superintendent - K-12 Construction

The Assistant Superintendent - K-12 Construction will play a vital role in overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is based in Dallas and focuses on managing K-12 construction projects while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors. Michael Page is the employer for this role. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Monitor safety compliance and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations. Oversee project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure effective communication between all team members and address issues as they arise. Manage materials, equipment, and resources to avoid project delays. Assist with resolving any construction-related challenges or conflicts. Ensure all work aligns with project blueprints, specifications, and local building codes.
