YOUR DAY TO DAY : We are seeking a highly skilled Test Technician to perform a variety of technical assignments on complex high powered, and high voltage microwave transmitters and sub-assemblies. In this role, you will tune, test, and trouble shoot systems down to the component level with minimal directions from supervisors or engineers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment, possesses deep knowledge of RF components, and actively contributes to product improvement. YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR : Perform a variety of technical assignments Tune, test, and trouble shoot systems down to the component level Perform other duties as needed and assigned YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE : Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET), military technical training, or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a self-starting mindset to resolve technical issues independently. Strong foundational knowledge of RF components, waveguides, and high-voltage systems. Proficiency with standard RF and microwave test equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes. This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception. Must be a US person (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals) to be eligible for this role.
