Role  Description

The Inside Sales Manager serves as the primary operational support for the Chief Growth Officer, driving customer communication, sales support, account coordination, and food-service commercialization. This individual is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, ensuring flawless communication, supporting key distributor partnerships, and helping generate incremental revenue through proactive account management.

This role combines inside sales, customer success, commercial operations, and executive sales support into one highly visible position.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of customer information within the CRM system.
• Ensure customer contact records are current and complete, including key decision-makers and stakeholders across customer accounts.
• Monitor organizational changes within customer accounts and ensure updates are reflected in CRM systems.
• Oversee sales activity reporting, including purchase order status, shipment tracking, and customer updates.
• Establish and maintain CRM standards, processes, and best practices to support data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure CRM data supports customer relationships, business development, and strategic decision-making.

Inside Sales & Business Development

• Proactively engage customers to generate new and repeat business.
• Request and process purchase orders.
• Follow up on open quotations and sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers and introduce new products.
