Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support Unified Communications and Voice infrastructure for a long-term State of New York project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VoIP technologies, Unified Communications, telecommunications systems, hardware/software deployments, and IT support. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain Unified Communications and VoIP environments. Assist with software and hardware deployments. Troubleshoot voice and telecommunications issues. Support legacy telecommunications systems. Utilize ServiceNow for incident and service request management. Maintain documentation and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Provide technical support for voice infrastructure and related systems. Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure reliable communication services. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Unified Communications and VoIP. 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel. 1+ year of experience with software and hardware deployments. Experience using ServiceNow. Experience supporting legacy telecommunications technologies such as: POTS CTX PRI Experience with VOSS and Cisco Unified Communications Domain Manager (CUCDM).
