• A nonprofit behavioral health organization seeks a Clinical Program Manager to lead a women's residential mental health program in Groton, CT.
• This full-time, onsite role involves managing a small resident population and supporting individuals transitioning back into the community post-justice system involvement.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive residential experience and a passion for behavioral health and community reintegration services.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related Human Services field
• Leadership or supervisory experience within behavioral health or residential services
• Experience in residential/congregate care
• Experience with justice-involved or high-acuity populations preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications:
• Clinical license or license eligibility required: LMSW, LCSW, LPCA/LPC, LMFTA/LMFT
