Pay Range: $45 to $55 an hour.

Client Industry: Pharmaceutical

Job Mode: Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote

Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract - Possible Extension based on performance and business needs

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will support FP&A, financial reporting, and business partnering across Procurement functions. The role will lead planning, forecasting, variance analysis, monthly reporting, and financial decision support. This position will partner with Procurement and Finance leadership on budgets, financial scenarios, and business recommendations. The role will also support month end close, process improvements, reporting automation, and financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual Plan, Long Range Plan, forecast, and Latest Business Estimate processes.
• Manage P&L, headcount, balance sheet, accruals, and Procurement financial metrics.
• Partner with Procurement leaders on budgets, forecasts, financial scenarios, and recommendations.
• Perform monthly actual versus plan and forecast variance analysis and communicate key financial drivers.
• Support month end close and ensure accurate and timely financial results.
• Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, and financial insights.
• Review purchase orders, invoices, supplier commitments, and related financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and data quality.
• Support Power BI dashboards, automation, AI initiatives, and other finance projects.
• Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7 or more years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Strong FP&A experience covering planning, forecasting, Latest Business Estimate, and actual versus plan analysis.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation, accruals, P&L, and month end close.
• Strong business partnering experience supporting senior business and Procurement leaders.
• Strong Excel skills with experience using SAP, BPC, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Strong financial analysis, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA certification.
• MBA.
• Experience supporting Procurement organizations.
• Experience with financial reporting automation and Power BI dashboard implementation.
• Experience with AI driven finance initiatives or process automation.
