Program Overview CSL’s Co‑op Program offers a 26‑week hands‑on experience that immerses students in meaningful projects, fostering personal and professional growth. Students contribute to CSL’s mission to save lives and protect global health. Main Responsibilities Support Management of the AI Project Portfolio: analyze the portfolio, develop strategies, refine scopes, and track milestones, dependencies, and risks across initiatives. Support Individual AI Projects: collaborate with Product Managers to deliver and execute large‑scale AI work across departments, framing value, and developing key performance indicators. Assist with AI pilot programs: plan, research, coordinate, and evaluate AI tool pilots, track progress, document learnings, and prepare stakeholder readouts. Create internal AI content: produce and maintain how‑to guides, FAQs, and enablement content to help teams adopt AI tools responsibly. Develop AI Product Artifacts: create scoping documents, one‑pagers, executive summaries, and internal informational content. Effectively communicate program initiatives: interact with technology teams, partners, and leaders, delivering updates through presentations and written communications. Design and implement Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions: build low‑code/no‑code Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Amazon Q, UiPath Autopilot & Studio. Research and enablement: conduct lightweight research on AI tools and related topics, develop strategic positions, and communicate findings to the AI team. Qualifications Enrolled in a four‑year university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, the Sciences, Economics, Technology‑focused Business, or a related analytical field, preferably Junior or Senior. Open to students from both technical and non‑technical backgrounds. Experience with data analysis and analytical reasoning. Strong problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. Previous internships or academic projects related to AI or machine learning are a plus. Good communication skills to work with technical and business stakeholders. Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrates flexibility and acceptance of assignments and schedules. Enthusiasm to learn new tools and technologies.
