Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services. This contract role offers an opportunity to support patients' communication and swallowing needs through targeted interventions.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients speech, language, and swallowing functions to develop individualized treatment plans.

  Administer therapy sessions aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing safety.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly to meet clinical goals.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

  Educate patients and their families on strategies to facilitate communication and swallowing safety.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with facility policies, including ID badge protocols and documentation standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal issued identification required.
  
  
• 
  Hold a current license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience or training in adult or pediatric speech and language therapy.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and patient management skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  Strong documentation and clinical record-keeping abilities.
