ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

ServiceNow Business Process ConsultantDuration: 6+ months Location: 100% RemoteThe ServiceNow Business Process Consultant will partner with sourcing, procurement, finance, and technology stakeholders to define, optimize, and translate procurement business processes into requirements for a ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) implementation.This role will lead current-state discovery, future-state process design, and procurement transformation efforts while ensuring ServiceNow SPO capabilities align with business requirements and adoption goals.Requirements:10+ years of business process consulting experience.ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO).Procurement Process Transformation.Responsibilities:Lead discovery sessions with sourcing, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders.Document current-state procurement workflows, pain points, and business requirements.Design future-state sourcing and procurement processes using ServiceNow SPO capabilities.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate procurement workflows.Translate business needs into process flows, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate workshops covering procurement intake, approvals, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier workflows.Support backlog prioritization, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, and defect resolution.
