Deputy Director, Residential Construction Program Manager

Jacobs is seeking a Program Manager/Deputy Director for the Residential Construction Department to lead large-scale housing programs across Florida from the Davie, FL office. The role requires extensive leadership in planning, budgeting, and delivery, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules and budgets. Ideal candidates have 20+ years in residential construction, PE or CCM/PMP credentials are preferred, and a strong track record in complex housing redevelopment
