Financial Analyst

Job Description Walker Elliott is recruiting for a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team in Denver. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis and reporting for a PE backed oil and gas company. The Financial Analyst will provide detailed financial insights and work closely with senior leadership, offering direct exposure and high visibility with C-suite executive. This will be a full time position in Denver, CO, onsite. They will offer relocation assistance. Responsibilities Create and conduct detailed financial modeling and variance analysis Support due diligence, M&A activities and capital allocation strategies Develop and improve financial models to optimize performance metrics Analyze new investment opportunities Requirements BS in Finance or related degree 1+ years of energy investment banking (upstream oil and gas sector is required) Strong financial modeling skills Strong Excel skills Strong organization and presentation skills Walker Elliott is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
