Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. We welcome applicants who are independently licensed in any state — we will sponsor licensure in one or more of our operating states so you can hit the ground running with a full caseload . W‑2 Employee – Part‑Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Remote Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $95,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential — a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $45,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.
