Role: Project Manager (Multiple small Project Coordination)

Location: Fresno or Firebaugh; CA

Duration: 12 months +

Skills & Description:  

• Project Management / People management / Cost Management
• Project scoping - Creating the scope document, conceptual drawing /sketch. Prepare Vendor document for RFPs.
• Project Management - Contractor /resources / Supplier Coordination, Schedule management, Vendor coordination, Engineering coordination, Procumbent Support, PO/Purchase support/ site construction coordination, Downtime Coordination with manufacturing / Operations team.
• Cost management - estimation using details from various vendors, high level knowledge Procurement, Inventory control etc.
• He should be able to coordinate OEM, Suppliers, contractors, construction team, Plant operations. He should be aware of Plant safety guidelines, hot work permits, and confined entry permits etc.
• Engineering Skills: should have working level knowledge and skills in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Process /P&IDs, Electrical, Control Automation, Civil Structural engineering.
• Plant & process awareness - Should have worked in process plan in Food, Beverages. Expertise in food process unit operations such as grinding, drying, cooling etc are added advantage. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP & CGMP) is desirable. He should be dynamic and experienced of working in different work environments.
• Should have experience of working in complete lifecycle of project - right from conceptual design - detail design - procurement support, construction support- start up support.
• Soft Skills required - people friendly, team player , Team leader, Task master. Soft spoken person.
