This role partners with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into scalable data products, leveraging modern ML techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP/LLMs, forecasting, and optimization) and agentic patterns (tool use, planning, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration). The Senior Data Scientist is accountable for end-to-end model development—from data exploration and feature engineering to evaluation, productionization, monitoring, and continuous improvement—while ensuring responsible, secure, and reliable AI practices.Key strengths include strong statistical and ML foundations, hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, building robust data pipelines, and applying MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model registry, observability, drift detection, and retraining).
