Corporate Banking Managing Director – Healthcare Location: San Francisco, CA. Overview Provide client coverage banking services to corporate clients, including corporate finance, capital markets, and treasury & payment solutions. Focus on mid‑to‑large cap private and public companies, maximizing client engagement and delivering Truist’s full suite of products and capabilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maximize total product revenue and growth for clients within portfolio and sector, increasing quality of revenue based on opportunity. Generate loans and grow exposure year-over-year for portfolio and clients in sector. Understand client strategy, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and desired outcomes/metrics of success. Develop strategic client plans addressing client objectives, leveraging expertise and solutions across the platform. Win Capital Markets and Banking solutions or other advisory services that align with client objectives based on banker’s knowledge of sector and client. Engage and facilitate introductions to appropriate product teammates across Truist to discuss specific solutions as relevant and appropriate. Ensure a reasonably attainable strategy for delivering appropriate return metrics on capital deployment. Attract, retain and develop talent with an appropriate focus on diversity. Perform additional responsibilities on internal client management duties as specified by manager and team. Required Qualifications BA/BS degree. Licenses: Series 7 or 79, 63 and 24 for managers only. 16–18 years of related work experience. Experience leading execution of diverse client transactions covering the full advisory and capital‑raising spectrum. Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products. Proven ability to develop, nurture and monetize trusted advisor client relationships with senior executives. Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem‑solving attitude. Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications MBA degree, with a finance focus. 14+ years of related work experience. 4+ years of management experience. Salary The annual salary for this position is $300,000.00.
